"Rico: Funny, I thought they destroyed all these ABC Warriors during the last war.

Gun Dealer: Well, you can still collect 'em as long as they're non functioning... Like my wife."

"Still alive..."

Still here. Just been busy with life. House is nearly done, I finally finished the
kitchen coutertops and trim but due to an ice dam on the roof, the roof has leaked.
Now we're going to have to replace the roof to the tune of $5K.

Have I mentioned that I hate winter?

Getting ready to finish the Trigun project. Getting motivated again. ^_^
All I need to do is re-work the metal parts molds and it should be good to go.

"Almost... Done..."

In the final streatch of finishing the darn house. EVERYTHING except for the
kitchen is finished! Already leveled the counter tops and am ready to lay the tile.
Then all else that remains is a little trim around the cabinets, and she'll be D-O-N-E.
And then I can get back to other, fun projects. Such as the Trigun Project.
Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about you guys. ^_^

Meanwhile, I minorly updated these sections...

Meander about and see what you find. ^_^

"There was an old woman who lived in a shoe..."

Getting closer to finishing the house. The last couple weeks have seen all new sub-flooring in the
Dining room, kitchen and back entryway which allowed us to level the floors to each other nicely.
We also got new floor coverings in those 3 rooms thanks to the hard work of my dad.

Last weekend saw new carpeting in two bedrooms and most of the living room. It seems we (probably "I")
measured the living room incorrectly so the carpet was about a foot short! So now we have to patch
a 1x6 foot section. Remember kids, measure 8x, pay for the cut once.

Updated these sections...

The Last Starfighter FAQ.

.

...and a WHOLE lot of the OTHER pages as well. The Aliens Props... BTTF Tutorials...
Just a whole mess of minor updates here and there. Meander about and see what you find. ^_^

"Larger than life and twice as ugly!"

Upgraded the web service yesterday, so that's why the site was down for a while.
It was quite expensive to do so, about $100. If anyone wants to donate $5 to help out, feel free.
my paypal address is the same as my e-mail address.

Sooooo... everyone seen AvP: Alien Vs Predator? I saw it opening night. It's a film that
people either seem to like, or hate, with very little middle ground. I didn't mind it, and
will definately be buying it as soon as it hits DVD.

If there's a section missing from the web site, relax, it will come back eventually. It
just takes time to re-publish the entire site.

"News of my death may have been slightly exaggerated..."

You may have noticed that for the last week we've been, well, not here. It seems
that for the first time in 2 years we've exceeded our bandwidth limits on this site, which
to me is both suprising and pleasing. However, to avoid such a thing in the future I'll need
to upgrade my service on this web site. Which means paying more of course. Well, a guy's
gotta do what a guy's gotta do I guess. ^_^

How I spent my Winter, Spring & Summer Vacations...

Before...

During...

After...

Yep, STIIIIILLLLLL remodeling the house. But, getting closer to completion! Only a couple weeks and done! Woo Hoo!

Almost there!

Those of you who have been e-mailing me regarding the Trigun pistol project,
don't give up hope! I'm working on the problems with the cylinder and things
are looking up. As always, there are delays with any project but I hope the final
item will please those who have been waiting so patiently, and at a price point
pretty reasonable for all that it contains. Keep checking back and feel free to
email me if you'd like to be put on the notification list when they're ready.
You're under no obligation to buy anything if placed on the contact list.

And Finally the Interceptor is running!! It turned out to be a VERY expensive
project, but I had a professional do the work so I don't feel so bad. I'm not that
mechanically inclined, so it was a project that I couldn't have completed all on my own...
without it taking forever. I've been picking up the odd part here and there, but it's running
pretty well over all.

And remember, If you live in North/South Dakota, Minnesota or Wisconsin, and you're a fan of Stargate SG-1,
I recommend joining SG-6, the regional Stargate prop/costume enthusiast's group. We're always recruiting new members, be they Human/SGC, Tok-Ra, Jaffa or alien.
We're an equal opprotunity employer. ^_^

Also updated the Page.
Haven't gotten into the nuts and bolts of the construction (pun intended) yet, but added some more
options to think about.

And also added a new tutorial on...

Look kids... Spring!

Spring is approaching! Woo hoo!

Now before someone says "Spring is already here" I have to mention that in Northern Minnesota
it takes spring a lot longer to show up than it does in, oh, Texas. ^_^

So what does this mean?

Airsoft season! And it also means that warm weather projects will start getting underway
as soon as I'm able to work out of doors.

If you live in North/South Dakota, Minnesota or Wisconsin, and you're a fan of Stargate SG-1,
I recommend joining SG-6, the regional Stargate prop/costume enthusiast's group. We're always recruiting new
members, be they Human/SGC, Tok-Ra, Jaffa or alien.

And on that note, I've slightly updated my Stargate Props page.

And, sadly, I must say goodbye to my Ninja! I decided to concentrate on getting the
Interceptor running, so the Ninja had to go. And now with the weather getting nice,
I'm of course regretting it. ^_^

Keepin' on, keepin' on...

Yep, I'm still alive for the most part...

Updated the Trigun Project page... yet again. Getting closer! As they say, real life is what gets in the way of you
having fun and completing projects you actually want to finish.
Meanwhile, I was finally able to test my pressure tank and it seems like it will work! I need to add a shut off valve
to stop air from adding or escaping once I reach the pressure I need.

And since it's Tax Season in the USA, also known as the "season of conspicuous consumption" if you were good
and gave all your money to the government the rest of the year, I've been spending my part of the family tax refund like
a drunken sailor. ^_^ Now, I said "my part" which means my small share, and not the whole refund like I'd prefer. -_^

I finally found a Maruzen M870 Airsoft Shotgun, which will eventually end up as the grenade launcher in my Hero
Pulse Rifle that I'll build someday. I also found someone who makes labels for the Aliens Grenade box, so eventually
(dang, I'm using that word a lot...) I'll have a screen accurate replica of the box that Ripley uses
to load her PR and bandoleer before she goes to kick Alien Queen butt near the end of the film.

And since you don't have anything better to do with your free time *grin*, you should visit M41a.com and learn
how you can make your own Pulse Rifle Grenade Box replica. It's really easier than you think.

And last but not least, for you Stargate SG-1 Fans out there, you should join your fellow SGC costumers
and prop fanatics at... SG-Command.net. And if you're located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North or South Dakota
I highly recommend Joining SG-6. Not that I'm biased or anything. ^_^

And LT at Stargate6.com has spent many hours to bring you Stargate Fans an accurate FN P90 sling just
the ones used on the series. AND... the same style of ballcaps worn by Jack on the TV show! How's that for cool?

So you want to build a time machine...?

Did a few minor updates to the...

Tutorial: How to make your own damn time machine!

...page again!

And for those of you eagerly awaiting information about the Trigun Project... Soon. I promise!
We did finally manage to close on our house and have spent basically every week since
Christmas moving and cleaning and fixing and... well, everything you have to do when you
buy a "new" house. Very time consuming to say the least.

Got time to waste? Check out the really OLD news updates from...
